Valet Parking
Complimentary valet parking service is available for restaurant patrons. The drop-off/pick-up location is on Village Lane near the fountain.
ATM
An automatic teller machine (ATM) is conveniently located on the upper level in the food court adjacent to Kay Jewelers.
Handicap Accessibility
Handicap parking is located on the Dogwood level of the parking garage. Directional signs at the entrance to the street level garage will direct you to the Dogwood level located on the lowest level of the garage. The passenger elevator alcove is equipped with an automatic push button for easy access. The elevator will provide transportation from the Dogwood level to the shops and restaurants on the street level and the second floor. Additional designated parking is also available in the surface lots.
Lost and Found
Inquiries related to items that you have lost or found may be directed to Brookwood Village Security. The telephone number is 802-7174. The security office is located on the upper level on the Macy’s end of the mall.
Wheelchairs
At Brookwood Village we are happy to loan you a wheelchair at no charge while shopping with us. Visit the mall management office on the upper level near Macy’s to arrange for a wheelchair loan.
Gift Cards
When you purchase a Brookwood Village Gift Card, you are giving the gift of choice. Available in any denomination beginning at $5, Brookwood Village Gift Cards are valid at most Brookwood Village shops and restaurants where credit cards are accepted. Gift cards are available for purchase in the mall management office daily during all shopping hours. A $2 per card transaction fee applies.
