BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (April 2, 2015) – Brookwood Village, a dynamic mixed-use development located in the affluent Mountain Brook and Homewood area of Birmingham, Alabama, today announced that the shopping center would welcome Grille 29 to its growing restaurant mix in 2015.

Grille 29 is an award-winning, upscale casual steak and seafood concept that originated in Huntsville and has captured the favor of the entire state of Alabama.  The 280-seat Brookwood Village location will showcase a menu of appetizers, soups, salads and signature entrees including stuffed sea scallops, roast half duck, jumbo lump crab cakes, plus the Filet 29, a house specialty steak wrapped with Applewood smoked bacon and topped with gorgonzola.

This will be the second Alabama location of Grille 29, following its popular debut in Huntsville.  Owned and operated by Orlando-based Restaurant Partners, Inc., Grille 29 was named “Best in Alabama” by Trip Advisor in 2013.  Grille 29 has also been perennially voted “Best Overall Restaurant” in the annual Taste of Huntsville, and voted one of the “100 Best Places to Eat in Alabama before You Die.”
